Zoom today (April 4th) announced the launch of Zoom Workplace for Frontline, a mobile-first solution designed specifically for frontline workers. This unlocks the agent-like capabilities of AI Companion for all frontline and management users with a paid Zoom account. Zoom Workplace for Frontline will streamline communication during shifts and provide work management tools to improve productivity and quality, while strengthening team collaboration for frontline workers in industries such as retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and emergency response.
