vivo's flagship imaging phone, the X300 Ultra, which was first unveiled at MWC 2026, has finally been officially revealed in all its details at its launch event in Lijiang, Yunnan, China. Officially defined as a "professional V-series camera," this new phone not only reaches new heights in hardware specifications but also, with its "imaging + AI" dual-core strategy, declares its intention to further expand beyond its previous strengths in still photography into the realm of dynamic image creation.

"3+2" Zeiss Master Lens Set with New Image Sensor
In terms of video recording, the X300 Ultra supports 4K 120fps 10-bit Log and Dolby Vision recording across all focal lengths, while ensuring shooting stability through OIS optical image stabilization across all focal lengths. vivo also emphasizes that the new phone has built-in features such as "All-Scene Light-Chasing Portrait" and "Blueprint Palette," providing more than ten classic camera style effects straight out of the camera.

400mm super telephoto lens breaks through the optical limits of mobile phones
The biggest technological highlight of the X300 Ultra is the "vivo Zeiss Gen 2 Ultra teleconverter," a product developed in deep collaboration with Zeiss. This professional-grade optical component with a 400mm equivalent focal length is currently the only product in the mobile device industry to support this specification, and it has achieved the stringent APO optical certification level, significantly reducing chromatic aberration and purple fringing when shooting at a distance. Paired with a 2-megapixel sensor, even with a 1600mm digital crop, image detail remains usable. However, this teleconverter is currently only compatible with the X300 Ultra.
In addition, vivo has also updated its 200mm "Lipstick 200" teleconverter, which is 27% lighter than its predecessor, weighing only 153 grams. The optical lens has been upgraded from 13 elements to 15 elements, and it supports CIPA 6.5 image stabilization. Both teleconverters can provide 17.4x pure optical zoom and can be used with the dedicated "professional-grade camera cage" accessory to expand the cold shoe mount, physical shutter button, and active cooling fan to meet the needs of long-term, high-intensity video recording.

AI Dual-Core Driven and International Version Specifications
vivo positions the X300 Ultra as a professional creative tool driven by a dual-core "imaging + AI" architecture, and for the first time features an on-device real-time camera AI Agent that can automatically identify scenes and assist in adjusting shooting parameters, lowering the barrier to professional photography tuning. Through a full-focal-length image quality equalization design, it ensures consistent performance between the main lens and the telephoto lens when recording 4K 120fps video.
For the international version, this marks vivo's first foray into the global market with its Ultra model, designated V2562. The international version also features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and 16GB of RAM, but its battery capacity is likely reduced from the Chinese version's 7000mAh to only 6600mAh. However, it still utilizes vivo's Blue Ocean Battery design, supporting 100W wired fast charging and 40W wireless flash charging.
Compared to the version sold in the Chinese market, the international version has more complete support for network frequency bands, covering North American millimeter wave and Japanese and Korean Sub-6 frequency bands, and also supports eSIM functionality.

The Super Powerful Mini Vivo X300s was also unveiled.
In addition to unveiling the X300 Ultra, vivo also launched the X300s, positioned as a high-performance compact smartphone. The X300s features a display screen that supports a 144Hz refresh rate and Blueprint Imaging Chip V3+, paired with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, and is available in four colors: Dream Core Purple, Silver White, Titanium Black, and Film Green.
In terms of camera, the X300s also features a Zeiss-certified 200-megapixel, 1/1.4-inch sensor with CIPA 4.5 image stabilization for wide-angle lenses, as well as an APO super telephoto lens with the same Zeiss-certified Sony LYTIA602 sensor. It also features the same full-range zoom flash and flash portrait algorithm as the X300 Ultra, and supports AI creation camera, Blueprint color palette, and the Zeiss G2 teleconverter with an equivalent focal length of 2mm.
