Even at 0% battery, simply connecting the charging cable powers the phone on, and within 4 seconds, the phone can be turned on and displayed with the vivo logo. The display boasts a Super Retina 8T eye-protection micro-curved design, peak brightness of 3000 nits, support for a maximum 120Hz refresh rate, and night vision protection. It automatically adjusts to the most comfortable viewing mode based on environmental sensing.
In terms of specifications, the X100 series adopts the same appearance design and is available in black, blue and white styles. An orange leather version is also available. All of them use the Dimensity 9300 processor. The body is inspired by the sun, moon and stars, and continues the previous large circular camera module, placing the Zeiss logo in the lens. The outer ring of the module is surrounded by a moon ring and cloud steps made of aviation-grade mirrored stainless steel, and the lens module is embedded in the moon ring and sun ring, symbolizing the mutual reflection of each other.
Both are equipped with T* coating on the main camera to reduce astigmatism, and use anti-glare Zeiss lens design to achieve clearer image shooting effects. The X100 Pro is the first to be equipped with an f/2.5 aperture and better chromatic aberration control performance on the APO super telephoto lens, coupled with a Zeiss floating lens design to achieve SLR camera-level anti-shake effect.
In addition, the X100 Pro is equipped with a 5400mAh battery capacity, supports 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless flash charging technology, while the X100 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery capacity, corresponding to 120W wired fast charging.
The new version of OriginOS 4 operating system imports the Blue Heart large natural language model and has more than 200 commonly used functions, including the function of displaying weather information at any time after the screen is turned off, and a new situational wallpaper. In terms of suggested retail price, the X100 series will be sold at a starting price of RMB 3999. Pre-orders are expected to be open in the Chinese market from now on, and the Taiwan market is expected to be launched in mid-December this year.
In addition to announcing the X100 series, vivo also unveiled the new vivo Warch 3. Compared to the previously launched vivo Watch 2, it still maintains a round body and has an additional crown design. It uses vivo's self-developed Blue River operating system and adds a watch software market, allowing users to download more watch-friendly apps, including Alipay, Baidu Maps and other services. It also supports eSIM function and can achieve up to 16 days of battery life through the power management system.
The health measurement part supports more than 100 sports modes and has in-depth cooperation with Zhejiang University to support more professional sports data measurement. In addition, it also reduces the wearing burden with a weight of 36 grams. It can record heart rate through 8 channels and blood oxygen level through 16 channels. It also uses invisible light for measurement during sleep to avoid glare during sleep.
It is currently unclear whether the vivo Watch 3 will be introduced to the Taiwanese market.
