In the upcomingMediaTek Dimensity 9300 processorBefore launching its X100 series flagship phones, vivo first launched the iQOO 8 series under its iQOO brand, which is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 3 Gen 12 processor and a brand new appearance design.
In addition to being equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, the iQOO 12 series is also equipped with 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X memory, and 256GB, 512GB or 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage capacity. The iQOO 12 is equipped with a 6.78-inch, 1.5K resolution AMOLED screen provided by Visionox, and the iQOO 12 Pri uses a 6.78-inch, 2K resolution and 144Hz screen refresh rate E7-level AMOLED screen provided by Samsung. Both phones are equipped with vivo's self-developed Q1 display chip to improve screen resolution and refresh rate performance.
Both phones are available in black, white, and red. The black and white models both use a glass back cover design, while the red model is made of leather. The under-screen fingerprint recognition uses optical and ultrasonic designs respectively. The batteries are designed with 5000mAh and 5100mAh capacities respectively, and both support 120W wired fast charging. The iQOO 12 Pro also adds wireless fast charging.
In terms of camera specifications, both phones are equipped with a 5000-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 5000-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 6400-megapixel periscope lens, supporting 3x optical zoom and macro shooting effects.
Both phones will be equipped with the new OriginOS 4 operating system and will also support artificial intelligence functions corresponding to the Blue Heart large natural language model.
The iQOO 12 series is expected to be sold in the Chinese market from now on, with a suggested retail price starting from RMB 3999. In addition, a Motorsport version will also be launched in cooperation with BMW.
