Apple announced a partnership with Universal Music Group to launch a "Healing Sound Waves" collection on the Apple Music service. By adding detailed auditory beats to the music content provided by Universal Music, it will make it easier for users to concentrate, relax, or sleep well.
Crafted by the Sollos team of producers, scientists, and audio engineers, Healing Soundwaves uses extended, instrumental, and reimagined versions of hits by artists like Imagine Dragons, Katy Perry, Kacey Musgraves, Ludovico Einaudi, Aurora, Jhené Aiko, Chelsea Cutler, and Jeremy Zucker, augmented with acoustic beats or colored noise to stimulate specific brainwave responses.
These include the "Focus" category, which uses gamma auditory beats to help listeners enter an optimal state of concentration; the "Relax" category, which uses theta auditory beats to help listeners achieve deep relaxation; and the "Sleep" category, which promotes deep sleep through delta auditory beats or pink noise.
The "Healing Sound Waves" collection is now available on the Apple Music service. At the same time, Apple has also launched the new Apple Music Chill radio station, which will continuously play soothing masterpieces of various musical styles and interspersed with some mindfulness clips, allowing users to find inner balance and peace during the listening process.
