Assassin's Creed Nexus VR, developed by Ubisoft Red Storm Studios, has become UbisoftThe first Assassin's Creed game to be played in virtual reality, allowing players to play three assassins from different periods from a first-person perspective, and simulate the wielding of hidden blades through body movements, or explore the surrounding environment in a parkour style, and even fight or sneak.
Players will play the role of an undercover hacker working for Abstergo Industries, but in fact they are an undercover hacker for the Assassin Brotherhood. They will delve into the memories of three assassins: Ezio, Connor, and Cassandra.
Ubisoft emphasizes that this game will allow players to enter a lifelike virtual reality, and intuitively move around in the virtual reality, feeling a whole new degree of freedom and realism. Players can actually blend into the crowd and hide, or sneakily track targets, and even distract guards by whistling, throwing objects, etc. In addition, they can also block, parry, and use different weapons through actual gestures.
Furthermore, Ubisoft emphasized that Assassin's Creed Nexus VR took several years to develop and is able to satisfy the gaming experience of different types of players. It also allows players to move more easily within the virtual reality environment, such as automatically avoiding partial or complete movement within the virtual reality environment to avoid spatial sickness, or reducing visual fear through acrophobia settings.
