Dyson announced the launch of a new pet hair cleaning tool set and a detailed cleaning accessory tool set in Taiwan. It will also upgrade the recently launched Dyson V12 Detect Slim to adopt a HEPA filtration system. The entire series of vacuum cleaner products will also come standard with a detailed cleaning accessory tool set and a tangle-free conical nozzle, allowing users to further remove fine dust and allergens in the home.
As the proportion of households keeping pets gradually increases, more than 30% of households in Taiwan have pets, and nearly half of these households comb their cats and dogs at least once a week. At the same time, nearly half allow their pets to walk freely at home and even allow them to get on the bed, which may cause pet dander, bacteria or dust to spread in large quantities at home.
The pet hair cleaning tool set launched this time was developed by the Dyson team after researching the size, texture and structure of different animal hair, and analyzing the allergens and bacteria it may carry. The tooth comb is made of polycarbonate material, which "combs" the hair on the brush bar and then sucks it into the dust collection bin to avoid hair tangles. It can also remove hair, dandruff and fine dust through spiral nylon bristles, anti-static carbon fiber filaments and strong suction.
In the overall design, the pet hair cleaning tool set can quickly comb loose pet hair, remove pet dander and particles, and can be connected directly or used with an extended telescopic hose and accessory adapter to the vacuum cleaner host. It uses 364 sets of hair combs to comb loose pet hair at a 35° brushing angle.
The newly released detailed cleaning accessory kit features a streak-free soft-bristle dust brush and an angled crevice nozzle, along with a retractable hose, allowing users to more easily perform deep cleaning. The streak-free soft-bristle dust brush utilizes ultra-fine, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) polymer fiber bristles. Its 8100 tips are arranged at a fineness of 0.05mm, allowing for gentler removal of surface dust and minimizing scratches. The angled crevice nozzle, with its 13% longer length, can reach deeper into narrower crevices.
Starting today, Dyson's entire vacuum line, including the V8, Digital Slim, V12 Detect Slim, and V15 Detect series, will be fully upgraded with a new, detailed cleaning accessory kit, making it easier for users to remove microscopic dust mites from their homes. Dyson also announced that the V12 Detect Slim lightweight smart cordless vacuum series will be fully upgraded with a fully sealed HEPA filtration system. The V15 Detect smart cordless vacuum series will also be upgraded with built-in dust and crevice cleaners. The smart electric cleaner head for carpets will also feature a tangle-free comb design.
