The Level 20 RGB gaming keyboard features a Razer Green switch design, which provides a crisper keystroke and faster rebound. It is paired with an aluminum top cover and floating keycap design, and is equipped with 1680 million RGB color backlighting and 13 built-in lighting effects, as well as 14 backlighting effects on the keyboard's peripheral area, allowing three-zone side RGB lighting and 32 custom lighting zones to provide a richer RGB customization experience.

The keyboard also has built-in multimedia digital function keys and a 3.5mm audio jack, allowing users to connect headphones to listen and control music at any time, and use peripheral accessories such as wired mice through the additional USB 2.0 connection port.

Paired with a dedicated app, the Level 20 RGB Razer Switch gaming keyboard can also be voice-activated, allowing users to control lighting and adjust macro settings through voice commands. It also works with the patented VGC virtual game joystick function, turning the phone into a wireless joystick device and allowing users to type directly through the built-in virtual keyboard.

In addition, the Level 20 RGB Razer switch gaming keyboard can also be connected to the TT RGB PLUS ecosystem, and can be paired with Thermaltake products including power supplies, water coolers, fans and LED light strips, allowing players to create a gaming system with consistent lighting effects. It even supports connection with Amazon's digital assistant service Alexa.
