Recently announced a collaboration with The North Face designer Jae Jungrealme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition, officially announced the launch news in the Chinese market today (7/12), and also launched the new laptop realme Book Air and the new true wireless earphones realme Buds Air3 Neo.
The realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, a 120-inch AMOLED screen that supports a 10Hz frame refresh rate and 6.7-bit color depth, LPDDR5X memory, and the new generation X7 independent display chip developed in collaboration with Pixelworks to enhance computing performance. In addition, to meet the needs of gaming, a hidden side button design has been added to the side bezel.
The exterior design was by Jae Jung, a designer at The North Face. It features a hard-shell suitcase, recycled leather with a lychee-grained cowhide texture, a back cover with metal rivets, and a 46-degree slightly curved C-angle frame, echoing the trendy outdoor lifestyle in the city. Two color schemes, Iceland and Cangyan, are also available, each with an AG glass back cover.
As for the battery, it uses 100W wired fast charging and a 5000mAh battery capacity, which is claimed to be able to fully charge the battery within 25 minutes and can reduce heat by 85%.
In terms of camera, the realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition uses a dual 5000-megapixel lens and a 200-megapixel lens to form a main camera module. It supports HyperShot imaging architecture to improve night shooting speed, and supports optical and electronic image stabilization effects. It also supports Street Photography 2.0 shooting mode, upgraded long exposure mode, and retro filter effects. It also adds Microscope 2.0 shooting mode for skin inspection.
The Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition will be available for pre-order starting at RMB 3499, with pre-orders expected to begin today and official release in the Chinese market on July 7. The Realme Book Air laptop will have a starting price of RMB 19, while the Realme Buds Air3299 Neo true wireless earbuds will have a suggested retail price of RMB 3.
However, realme currently has no plans to introduce the realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition to Taiwan, and there are no plans to introduce the new laptop realme Book Air and the new true wireless earphones realme Buds Air3 Neo to the Taiwanese market.
