Founded by Robert Kalin, co-founder and former CEO of the US e-commerce platform EtsyDopple Works, recently created a device called Loop, which looks like a traditional magnifying glass and allows users to interact with virtual visual content.
The actual purpose of Loop cannot be confirmed at present, but the description in the patent document shows that this handheld device has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions, is battery-powered, and is also equipped with a camera lens, speaker equipment, sensor elements, and a set of screens that can be used to view virtual visual images.
The relevant description shows that users will be able to interact with virtual visual content in a handheld manner, similar to holding a magnifying glass. This may mean that Loop may be integrated with scenarios such as amusement parks in the future, but it may also be possible to use it in more creative and unexpected ways.
However, judging by current market trends, the way humans interact with information in the future is likely to gradually shift from mobile phones to wearable devices, including glasses and headphones, which may become items that people use more frequently in the future.
