針對即將在2024年1月25日至28日於台北南港展覽館1館展開的台北國際電玩展,台北市電腦公會今日 (12/27)公布第一波參展陣容,其中包含睽違4年再度回歸的萬代南夢宮娛樂,以及代理多款Riot Games旗下電競遊戲的台灣大哥大,另外也包含遊戲代理商傑仕登準備展出的CAPCOM旗下《Dragon’s Dogma 2》等多款新作遊戲。
Other games scheduled to be exhibited include "Ys X - Northern Journey -" published by Clouded Leopard Entertainment, "Victory: Nikki" with global cumulative revenue exceeding US$4 million, the highly anticipated new work "Zero" developed by HoYoverse, the open-world ARPG "Crystal Tide", "Abyss Abyss" developed by Shield Soldier Technology Co., Ltd., as well as Korean game giant WEMADE and SHUEISHA GAMES, the game department of Japanese publisher Shueisha, which will also join the Taipei International Game Show lineup for the first time.
As for our old friend "Tower of Saviors" which is about to enter its 11th anniversary, the phenomenally popular mobile game "Uma Musume Pretty Derby", Gravity Interactive which owns the time-honored classic IP "Ragnarok" series, the leading Japanese manufacturer Koei Tecmo, the well-known local woofer information, the battleship anthropomorphic naval battle mobile game "Azur Lane", the well-known Japanese label Aniplex and the game publisher Game Source Entertainment also participated in this exhibition.
Including cross-console and PC platform fighting games "Tekken 8", "Aida's Ballad", "Street Fighter 6", as well as the Metroidvania-like exploration RPG "Venture to the Vile", the Japanese suspense "Urban Legend Disintegration Center", the mining sandbox adventure "Guardians of the Core" and many other games will also be open for actual experience at this video game expo.
In addition, new games will be on display, including the popular anime adaptation "Jujutsu Kaisen Souka Ranbu," the new mobile game from the classic IP "Atelier Lesleriana: The Forgotten Alchemy and the Liberator of the Midnight Sun," "SAND LAND," a spin-off from the work of renowned manga artist Akira Toriyama, the officially licensed "Tokyo Ghoul: Break the Chains" from the passionate youth manga, the nostalgic "Crayon Shin-chan: Shiro of Coal Town," the comforting idle adventure "Let's Go! Muffins," and the long-awaited mobile version of "League of Legends."
In addition to exhibiting various game works at the Taipei International Game Show, the B2B business area and the Asia-Pacific Game Summit are also expected to be held from January 1th to 25th.
The B2B business zone attracted approximately 17 gaming companies from 100 countries and regions, covering independent games, game development, game publishing, financing, localized services, marketing, art and animation design, sound production, and blockchain. The Asia-Pacific Game Summit featured prominent speakers such as Katsuhiro Harada, Director of the Tekken series and Producer Michael Murray from Bandai Namco Entertainment; Hirotaka Endo, Combat Director of FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH from SQUARE ENIX; Masami Yamamoto, Executive Officer, Development and Production Manager, and Producer at SHUEISHA GAMES; and Abdelhak Elguess, Senior Producer of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown from Ubisoft Montpellier, who would provide insights into the gaming industry.
