The OnePlus Nord 5 series, which also features a Plus Key, will unveil details on July 7.
OnePlus previously teased that it will unveil the OnePlus Nord 5 series on July 8th, along with the OnePlus Buds 4 true wireless Bluetooth earbuds. The OnePlus Nord 5 series will offer a standard version powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, as well as an entry-level model called the OnePlus Nord CE5, though its specific specifications have not yet been announced. The OnePlus Nord 5 will feature LPDDR5X memory and ample performance, boasting the ability to natively run Call of Duty: Mobile at 144fps, and supporting real-time ray tracing effects. Both phones will feature a customizable Plus Key button, replacing the original three-segment Alert Slider. This design was first used in the recently released small-sized flagship OnePlus 13s, allowing users to customize various functions, such as turning the volume on/off, enabling Do Not Disturb mode, or even directly launching the new AI assistant service "Plus Mind." As for the OnePlus Buds 4 true wireless Bluetooth earbuds, which are expected to be launched simultaneously, they feature ultra-low latency sound performance suitable for gaming, dual drivers, and support for high-resolution audio output. They will be available in green and dark gray. In addition, OnePlus also plans to unveil a new smartwatch and tablet on July 8th, but specific specifications will be revealed at that time.
