British artificial intelligence startup Stability AI announced the launch ofNew version of the image automatic generation tool Stable Diffusion 3, and the advanced version Stable Diffusion 3, and also launched the artificial intelligence digital assistant service Stable Assistant.
The new version of the tool is currently available in preview form and provides API resources for developers to access and use to create different automatically generated artificial intelligence application services.
As for the artificial intelligence digital assistant service Stable Assistant launched at the same time, it is currently only open to a small number of developers using Stable Diffusion 3 for testing. The future billing plan will be a monthly subscription price of US$9, and it can also be changed to an annual subscription.
The new version, Stable Diffusion 3, enhances the realism of image generation from text descriptions and, through a multimodal diffusion transformation architecture, strengthens the understanding of the content of text descriptions, thereby producing image results that are more consistent with the descriptions.
The new version of the tool was not initially made available to the public, mainly to avoid abuse. Therefore, the plan is to first collaborate with researchers, developer communities, and experts in related fields to improve the tool's application functions.
As for the new version of Stable Diffusion 3, it cooperates with API resource hosting service provider Fireworks AI to provide API resources to the outside world through the latter's platform services, but Stability AI also plans to host it through its own servers in the future.
