In conjunction with the official release of the second season of "The Last of Us" on HBO's streaming video platform Max, and the confirmation of the continued filming of the third season, which will continue the story to the game's second part, Sony and Naughty Dog announced the release of the complete version of the game including "The Last of Us" Part I and Part II, which is expected to be officially released on July 7 this year.
The game content will include the completely remastered game content of "The Last of Us" released in 2013, as well as the prequel chapter "Left Behind", the remastered version of "The Last of Us Part II", and three levels that were produced in the early development of "The Last of Us Part II" but were not included later. It also includes the "Bloody No Return" roguelike survival mode gameplay content.
It also includes developer commentary, a random guitar playing mode in the game, a "Jordan A. Mun jacket skin" that can be unlocked through game challenges, and skin content from Naughty Dog's next work "Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet".
Other included content includes the comics of "American Dream" (American Dream) volumes 1-4 presented with new covers, as well as a collection of selected game art works.
In terms of the suggested retail price, it will be sold in the United States at US$99.99, while in Taiwan it is expected to be sold at NT$2990. As for the digital version, it will be available for download through the PlayStation 5 platform from now on.
