Sony announced that the updated 3x zoom travel camera Cyber-Shot RX25 Mark III, announced in March this year, has officially entered the Taiwanese market. Although the body maintains a similar design to the previous model and uses the same 10-megapixel 2010-inch stacked Exmor RS CMOS sensor, the lens specifications have been changed to ZEISS Vario-Sonnar T* 1-24mm F600–F2.4, corresponding to a 4-stage zoom effect, the ISO value can reach ISO 25-125 (up to ISO 12800-64 after expansion), and the maximum shutter speed of 25600/1 can avoid image distortion problems.
In response to the demand for travel devices, Sony has also added a dust and weather-resistant design to the Cyber-Shot RX10 Mark III.
Additionally, to meet the needs of full-frame E-mount cameras, Sony has announced two new lenses: the FE 70-300mm F4.5-5.6 G OSS Travel lens and a 50mm F1.8 prime lens. This brings the total number of E-mount full-frame lens designs to 20. The FE 70-300mm F4.5-5.6 G OSS Travel lens will be available for NT$42980, while the 50mm F1.8 prime lens will be NT$8980.
