Ubisoft announced the launch of a new free-to-play third-person shooter role-playing mobile game "The Division: Dawn", which is expected to be available on the App Store and Google Play Store, and player registration is open.
The Division: Dawn will be part of the previously revealed UbisoftTom Clancy's The Division universeThe game can be played in single-player or cooperative modes, and a variety of PvE activities are available in the game, including story missions and world activities.
Set in a modern, post-crisis New York City, the game will interpret key story events from The Division and The Division 2 through a unique perspective. Players will take on the role of one of the first Division agents, protecting civilians from hostile forces and helping to build a better future.
Players can customize their characters by collecting and upgrading their equipment to face any threat they may encounter. As they level up and increase their skills, players will unlock new specialized classes with unique signature weapons and equipment, which can be switched at any time.
The Division: Dawn, which is still in development, will be optimized for mobile platforms and provide specially designed controls and user interface, allowing veteran and new players of the series to enjoy the smoothest gaming experience on handheld devices.
