According to Samsung, the Samsung Food service platform will be available in 104 countries and regions around the world, providing interfaces in eight languages. The service app can be downloaded through the Google Play Store and App Store. In addition to being able to connect with Samsung smart appliances, it is planned to connect with Samsung Health service data in the future to analyze users' eating habits and provide adjustment and improvement suggestions.
In this service platform, Samsung will use artificial intelligence to help users manage their personal eating habits, including through recipes, managing ingredients, formulating meal plans, and preparing food through smart appliances.
Currently, smart appliances that support connection with the Samsung Food service platform include the Family Hub smart refrigerator, BESPOKE series smart appliances, etc., and can use artificial intelligence technology to judge the ingredients in the refrigerator. With 16 built-in recipes, users can prepare ingredients according to the suggestions.
During the preparation process, the Samsung Food service platform will connect with smart appliances, for example, preheating the oven according to the cooking needs of the ingredients, or automatically adjusting the oven temperature and operating time during the processing process. The refrigerator temperature will also be automatically adjusted according to different situations for food storage.
