It has been confirmed that it will be sold in South Korea, the United States, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Singapore.Galaxy foldIt is expected to go on sale in Poland on October 10 and in the Indian market on October 18. It will then be launched in Switzerland, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Spain, Thailand, South Africa, Australia, Russia, and Malaysia.
In addition to offering a 5G version in markets including South Korea, the United States, Switzerland, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Italy, Samsung also plans to sell a 5G LTE version in regions where 4G connectivity is not yet available. For example, the Galaxy Fold sold in Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Spain, Thailand, South Africa, Australia, and Malaysia will initially be sold in a 4G LTE version, while some countries and regions such as France and Russia will sell both 5G and 4G LTE versions simultaneously.
As Samsung previously stated, it will expand sales of foldable phones in global markets. However, due to considerations, there are currently no plans to introduce the Galaxy Fold to the Taiwanese market.
However, Samsung previously stated that after Taiwan is expected to officially enter the 5G network era next year, it willProvide 5G connected productsHowever, the focus will likely be on new flagship phones to be released next year. Therefore, the Taiwanese market may still miss out on the Galaxy Fold at this stage, and may have to wait for Samsung to launch more foldable phones.
