This year's announcementGalaxy Note 10 series modelsSamsung has stated that it will be available throughCalled PlayGalaxy Link app, streaming PC games to the Galaxy Note 2 series in P10P streaming format. Earlier, Samsung began releasing a beta test version in the United States and South Korea, allowing users to download and install the test experience.
Similar to how NVIDIA Shield previously allowed users to stream games from Windows PCs via wireless networks, Samsung's PlayGalaxy Link app, launched in conjunction with the Galaxy Note 10 series, also uses the same principle to allow users to play games stored on Windows PCs.
The difference is that the PlayGalaxy Link app allows Galaxy Note 10 series models to connect via Wi-Fi, 4G, or 5G networks. In addition, you can create a personal favorite game database on the phone, connect a keyboard and mouse via Bluetooth, and even remotely wake up a pre-logged-in Windows PC through the PlayGalaxy Link app without having to keep the Windows PC turned on.
Since the Galaxy Note 10 is directly compatible with the controller made by accessory manufacturer glap, you can also play games directly with it.
According to the hardware requirements announced by Samsung, it is recommended to use NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 550 or above graphics cards, and Intel Core i5 or above processor specifications. The recommended memory is 8GB DDR4 or above. It is also recommended to use a Gigabit-level or above router for connection.
In addition to installing the PlayGalaxy Link app on your Windows PC, you must also download and install the same app on your phone from the Samsung Galaxy Store. Currently, only the Galaxy Note 10 series is supported, but Samsung will add more models in the future.
