As for the Taiwan version, both the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ will be available with 12GB of memory, paired with 256GB and 512GB storage capacity specifications, and will be available in four colors: deep sea blue, ice blue, mysterious green, and dazzling gray. Samsung Mall will additionally offer three colors: cool black, crimson, and gauze gold for the 512GB storage capacity specification.
As for the Galaxy S25 Ultra version launched in Taiwan, it offers 12GB of memory and is also available in 256GB and 512GB storage capacity specifications. It is available in four colors: Titanium Gray, Titanium Sky Blue, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Black. In addition, three additional colors are available on the Samsung Mall: Titanium Black, Titanium Blue, and Titanium Pink Gold. The 16GB memory and 1TB storage capacity specifications are available in Titanium Black and Titanium Sky Blue. In addition, Titanium Black is available on the Samsung Mall.

In addition, pre-orders of the Galaxy S25 series through Samsung Smart Stores and Samsung Malls across Taiwan will be given priority to pick up the device starting on February 2th. Additional discounts will also be provided if the device is picked up within the specified timeframe. For example, if the device is picked up at a Samsung Smart Store on February 11th, an e-voucher worth up to NT$2 will be provided. Early bird registration for the "All-Star Upgrade Appreciation Meeting" event and completion of the experience will receive a "God Teammate Travel Kit" containing a lightweight luggage scale and a foldable luggage bag. Purchases of designated models on site will also receive a mysoda WOODY wooden sparkling water dispenser.
Samsung also plans to offer the "Galaxy Free Trial" from February 2 to March 15. Completing designated tasks and purchasing a specific flagship model at a designated Samsung Smart Center store will earn you an additional 3 LINE Points.
