At the same time, Samsung Bot Care also supports remote settings and can regularly report the physical condition of the care recipient. It is mainly designed for the needs of patients or those who require long-term care.
Although no specific details were given at the pre-show event, it is expected that Samsung Bot Air will be designed for ambient air quality monitoring, while Samsung Bot Retail will be built for retail channel sales needs. As for Samsung GEMS, which can be worn by users, it is expected to be designed for physical assistance needs.
