A former Apple Store employee who was once famous for his real name "Sam Sung" recently held a charity sale with his uniform and business cards from when he worked at the Apple Store. The proceeds from the auction are expected to be donated to the Vancouver women's group - the Downtown Eastside Women's Center of Vancouver.
Sam Sung worked as a technical specialist at the Apple Store on Buchanan Street in Glasgow, Scotland, from 2010 to 2012. He moved to Vancouver, Canada, and worked there after 2012. Later, Apple and Samsung engaged in court litigation over design patents and other issues, and Sam Sung's name became popular due to his tenure at Apple.
After leaving Apple Store in 2013, Sam Sung sold the business cards he used at the time and donated the proceeds of over $2500 to the children's charity Children's Wish BC & Yukon.
After changing his name to "Sam Struan", he currently works as a career coach. Earlier this year, his family found his business card from when he worked as a technical specialist at the Apple Store on Buchanan Street. This inspired "Sam Struan" to hold a second charity sale. He used his uniform from when he worked at the Apple Store, along with his business card and autograph, to sell the items througheBayA charity sale will be held, and the proceeds are expected to be donated to the Vancouver Eastside Women's Centre.
