At CES 2026, Roborock showcased its new vision for future home cleaning. In addition to announcing a collaboration with legendary football club Real Madrid, the company unveiled the groundbreaking Saros Rover, the world's first "two-wheeled" robotic vacuum cleaner, along with the comprehensively upgraded Saros 20 series flagship models and the F25 ACE Pro floor scrubber. Roborock aims to solve the cleaning challenges of complex home environments with enhanced obstacle-crossing capabilities and AI technology.
Saros Rover: Breaking the limitations of a flat surface, a robot that can climb stairs.
This year, Roborock launched a new concept product called Saros Rover, becoming the industry's first robotic vacuum cleaner to adopt a "wheel-leg architecture".
Unlike traditional robotic vacuum cleaners that can only move on a flat surface, the Saros Rover is designed to mimic the wheel-legged locomotion of living organisms. It has mechanical legs that can extend and lift, enabling it to not only make small jumps and turn flexibly, but more importantly, it has the ability to "climb stairs".
Through AI algorithms, motion sensors, and 3D spatial planning technology, the Saros Rover can complete cleaning step by step while moving up and down stairs, and maintain its level and stability on complex terrains such as slopes or high thresholds. If this technology is mass-produced, it will completely solve the pain point of residents in multi-story houses or other multi-story buildings having to manually carry the machine.
Saros 20 Series: Suction power surges by 35000 Pa, with enhanced terrain-specific capabilities and obstacle-crossing ability.
In its upcoming flagship product line, Roborock introduces the Saros 20 and Saros 20 Sonic dual flagship robotic vacuums and mops. Both feature an impressive 35000 Pa HyperForce suction and a versatile RockDock dock that supports 100°C bidirectional hot water cleaning, but they differ slightly in their functional positioning:
• Saros 20: Emphasizing ultimate obstacle-crossing capabilities, it features an upgraded StarSight navigation and obstacle avoidance system 2.0, capable of recognizing over 200 types of objects. Combined with the AdaptiLift intelligent lifting chassis 3.0 design, when a threshold is detected, it can be raised using the main wheels and auxiliary wheels in tandem, capable of crossing double thresholds of up to 4.5 + 4 cm, significantly improving cleaning coverage.
• Saros 20 Sonic: Targeting low-ceiling spaces, it incorporates the RetractSense intelligent lift-up LDS navigation system, reducing the machine's thickness to a mere 7.98 cm, allowing it to easily fit under sofas and beds. Furthermore, it features the VibraRise 5.0 mopping system, which enhances the removal of stubborn stains through high-frequency vibrations of 4000 times per minute and a retractable sonic mop.
F25 ACE Pro: Foam Floor Cleaning Technology, Launched Simultaneously in Taiwan
In addition to the robot vacuum cleaner, Roborock also showcased its flagship foam floor cleaner, the F25 ACE Pro, and announced that it will be available for sale in the Taiwan market starting this week.
The F25 ACE Pro is the first to introduce JetFoaming ultra-micro energy foam washing technology, which can transform 1 ml of cleaning solution into 1.67 million dense foams, thereby more effectively breaking down grease and food residue. In terms of specifications, the suction power has been increased to 25000 Pa, the water tank capacity has been increased by 35% compared to the previous generation, and it features a JawScrapers dual shark tooth zero-tangling design and a 95°C high-temperature self-cleaning and drying function.
Partnering with Real Madrid to define "truly intelligent cleaning"
In terms of brand strategy, Roborock officially announced its partnership with Real Madrid Football Club. Roborock stated that Real Madrid's pursuit of excellence and discipline on the pitch aligns perfectly with the brand's commitment to technological innovation and its "Real Smart Cleaning" philosophy. The two companies will launch a series of marketing collaborations in 2026 to bring smart cleaning technology to more homes worldwide.
