Roborock Technology announced the launch of its new sweeping and mopping robot, Qrevo Curv 2 Flow, in Taiwan. It features a new drum-type live water floor washing design, claiming to provide a deeper cleaning effect while also avoiding problems such as hair entanglement, allowing users to more conveniently keep their homes clean.
Qrevo Curv 2 Flow uses the SpiraFlow active water high-pressure drum design, which uses a 27 cm extra-long drum to achieve a larger cleaning effect. At the same time, through the high-speed rotation of 220 times per minute and the 15N boost downward mopping design, it can remove common liquid dirt such as solidified soy sauce, coffee stains or kitchen floor oil. In addition, the 43mm intelligent telescopic drum can deeply clean corners, edges of tables and chairs and other cleaning blind spots, achieving a millimeter-level edge cleaning effect.
Traditional mopping tools may reuse the same mop during the cleaning process, resulting in residual stains or odors on the floor, and even requiring additional cleaning of the mop after cleaning. The Qrevo Curv 2 Flow uses a deeply innovative roller module and water channel design to allow the roller mop to be instantly rinsed with clean water during cleaning. Combined with a constant pressure scraper and vortex siphon system, dirty water and foreign matter are simultaneously directed into the sewage tank, ensuring that the mop is always clean.
It can handle a variety of ground materials, accurately identify obstacles, and automatically plan cleaning paths.
As most households in Taiwan have floors made of different materials, including wooden floors, tiles, and carpets, the Qrevo Curv 2 Flow uses an intelligent recognition mechanism to automatically raise the roller 15mm and lower the roller cover when it detects carpet, preventing the mop from getting wet. The Reactive AI obstacle avoidance system can also accurately identify over 200 household items, from socks and wires to slippers, reducing the risk of collisions during cleaning. It can also accurately detect dry and wet garbage, making the cleaning process more efficient.
In addition, Qrevo Curv 2 Flow can automatically plan the cleaning path according to the room type, allowing users to remotely set the schedule or start cleaning. And through the zero-tangle system design, the main brush adopts DuoDivide zero-tangle dual cantilever brushes, and the upgraded zero-tangle arc-shaped dual lifting side brushes to clean deep into corners, thereby concentrating the suction of hair, avoiding the trouble of maintaining the brush and cutting out tangles after cleaning. In addition, it is equipped with a strong suction power of 20000 Pa to comprehensively improve cleaning efficiency.
After cleaning, Qrevo Curv 2 Flow will use 75°C hot water to thoroughly scrape and remove stains on the drum, and then use 55°C hot air to quickly dry the wet drum, thereby solving the problem of sewage odor and achieving a 99.99% sterilization rate.
