Consistent with its previous market development strategy, realme emphasizes that its Pro series will continue to focus on flagship products designed for young people, while the X series will focus on providing a superior user experience, and the C series will continue to aim to be the most cost-effective smartphone in the market.

The realme XT, previously announced to be equipped with Samsung's ISOCELL Bright GW1 6400-megapixel sensor, is designed to provide a superior user experience. It also features a quad-lens main camera design, with a 6400-megapixel, f/1.8 aperture lens capable of capturing images with a resolution of 9216 × 6912. It is also equipped with a 119° ultra-wide-angle lens, a 4cm macro lens, and a depth-of-field lens. The video camera uses a 1600-megapixel specification. Realme even invited National Geographic Channel photographer Aaron Huey to serve as the director of photography.

In terms of hardware, the realme XT is equipped with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution, a display-to-body ratio of 92.1%, and is equipped with Goodix 3.0 under-screen fingerprint unlocking. It uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor, paired with 4GB, 6GB or 8GB of memory, and 64GB or 128GB of storage capacity. The operating system uses ColorOS 9.0 version based on Android 6.0, and is equipped with Hyperboost 2.0 and Game Boost 2.0 functions. Users can reduce game execution latency by 73.7% and improve touch response time through Frame Boost and Touch Boost technologies respectively. In addition, the use of UFS 2.1 storage components speeds up data access speed and can also avoid interruptions such as incoming calls during game execution.

realme XT is expected to be available in two colors: Pearl White and Pearl Blue. It will be first available for sale in the Indian market through Flipkart and the realme website at 9 noon on September 16, with a suggested retail price starting from 12 rupees (approximately NT$15999).
