AndesGPT, a large-scale natural language model independently trained by OPPO, was announced at the developer conference held in November this year. It is expected to be used in the new flagship mobile phone Find X11 series to be launched soon, and will bring many upgrades to the user experience.

AndesGPT has three versions: 70 billion sets of parameters, 700 billion sets of parameters, and 1800 billion sets of parameters. In addition to being used on the device side, it can also be deployed in the cloud for collaborative computing, and can respond to functions such as personalization and dialogue interaction. It will also enhance the Xiaobu digital assistant service function.
According to OPPO, through 4-bit quantization compression and OPPO's AI Boost inference engine optimization, coupled with processor calculation optimization, the Find X7 series is expected to be able to smoothly execute 70 billion parameter scale models and respond to more intelligent understanding capabilities, such as automatically summarizing the key points of call content and listing to-do items in the conversation.
At the same time, OPPO also emphasized that AndesGPT only takes 200 seconds to generate the first word when generating 0.2-word content, which is 20 times faster than its competitors. When generating 2000-word content, the speed of generating the first word is 2.9 seconds, which is 2.5 times that of its competitors. The maximum number of words in the summary can even reach 14000, which is 3.5 times that of its competitors.
In terms of other technological updates, OPPO also announced the launch of the Tidal Architecture, which combines software and hardware integration to increase overall computing efficiency by 8%, as well as its own communication technology that allows mobile phones to connect to satellite calls and enhance antenna reception. In addition, it provides a nationally certified security chip and exclusive VIP encryption protection technology for security and privacy.
The above technology is expected to be used in the upcoming Find X7 series flagship mobile phones.
