OPPO announced today (4/22) the launch of the fully upgraded version of the ColorOS 15 operating interface, and also announced that OnePlus 13T will be the first to adopt it.
ColorOS has accumulated more than 1500 updates so far and has optimized thousands of operating experiences. At the same time, it solves user feedback issues on a weekly basis and continues to release updates every month.
In order to achieve the monthly update process, OPPO said that it has now decoupled the ColorOS operating interface components, and continues to integrate components, and adjusts them in a highly efficient manner to achieve faster version update performance.
In the fully upgraded version of the ColorOS 15 operating interface, OPPO stated that its goal is to create system-level artificial intelligence with three major capabilities: deep thinking, personalized memory, and deep execution.
Therefore, in the DeepThinking project, the current Chinese version will continuously integrate the built-in Xiaobu Assistant and DeepSeek artificial intelligence technology in the mobile phone, and correspond to multi-modal operation. It can also be integrated across devices such as mobile phones, tablets, watches, headphones, and web pages. At this stage, it has accumulated more than 1 million users and is available on more than 100 OPPO models.
The personalized memory part allows Xiaobu Assistant to be upgraded to the user's personal knowledge base. Combined with DeepSeek's deep thinking ability, Xiaobu Assistant can help memorize content at any time. At the same time, it can also answer questions with these memorized contents. The memorized contents can also be synchronized across devices with personal accounts.
As for the deep execution capability, an update is expected to be released in June this year, which will enable Xiaobu Assistant to actually understand user needs and actively complete execution tasks.
However, it is currently unclear whether OPPO's collaboration with Google in the international version will provide a similar user experience, or whether it will provide an artificial intelligence experience that is completely different from the Chinese market version.
As for the OnePlus 15T, which will be the first to be equipped with the fully upgraded ColorOS 13 operating interface, it is expected to be officially unveiled on April 4, claiming to provide a more uncompromising user experience in a small-screen design.
