Recently announced in the Chinese marketFind X9400 series flagship phone equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 8 processorAfterwards, OPPO quickly announced the launch of the international version of the phone in the global market.

The hardware specifications of the international version of Find X8 and Find X8 Pro are almost the same as those of the Chinese version.
Compared with the versions launched for the Chinese market, OPPO has not made much changes to the hardware specifications of the international versions of Find X8 and Find X8 Pro. Both are equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor and flagship Hasselblad imaging system with dual periscope lens design. At the same time, the body thickness is reduced to 7.85mm. The Find X8 Pro also has a camera button design on the side of the body to facilitate users to quickly use the camera function.

In terms of specifications, the international version of Find X8 uses a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2760 × 1256, offers 12GB or 16GB of memory capacity, and 256GB or 512GB of storage capacity. The battery is designed with a capacity of 5630mAh and supports 80W Super Flash Charging and 50W Wireless Flash Charging. The body also supports IP68 and IP69 levels of waterproof and dustproof, but the color options are only available in Space Black, Cosmic Gray and Shell Pink.

The international version of Find X8 Pro uses a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2780 × 1264, provides 16GB of memory and 512GB of storage capacity, and a 5910mAh battery. It also supports 80W Super Flash Charging and 50W Wireless Flash Charging. The body is only available in Space Black and Pearl White, and also supports IP68 and IP69 levels of water and dust resistance.

Main camera system equipped with the flagship Hasselblad imaging system
In terms of camera, the international version of Find X8 is also equipped with a 3200-megapixel, f/2.4 aperture video lens, a 5000-megapixel, f/1.8 wide-angle lens with anti-vibration design, and an ultra-wide-angle lens with the same 5000-megapixel, f/2.0 aperture and 120-degree shooting angle. In addition, it also provides a 5000-megapixel, f/2.6 aperture Hasselblad portrait lens, which also supports anti-vibration design and the longest corresponds to a 3x optical zoom effect.

The camera system of the international version of Find X8 Pro is based on the specifications of Find X8. The main camera wide-angle lens is adjusted to an f/1.6 aperture design, and the original 6 groups of lenses are changed to 7 groups of lenses. In addition, a 5000-megapixel, f/4.3 aperture and anti-vibration design telephoto lens is added, which can correspond to up to 6x optical zoom.
In terms of shooting functions, it is equipped with Hasselblad portrait mode, film filter, and 4K Dolby Vision video shooting. It can also use artificial intelligence to make originally blurry images clear, or remove reflections when the phone is close to the glass, allowing users to more conveniently shoot street scenes and other images through the glass.

Regarding the design of an independent camera button on the Find X8 Pro, OPPO said that this is to allow users to use the camera function more intuitively. Indeed, in the Android operating system settings, you can specify that pressing the power button repeatedly can quickly launch the camera, but statistics show that more people hope that the power button can maintain its original on/off function and allow users to use the camera function with a separate button, while corresponding settings use different mobile phone operating functions.

The international version of the Find X8 series is deeply integrated with Google Gemini artificial intelligence
Regarding the fact that the specifications of the international version and the Chinese market version are almost identical, OPPO stated that there will be obvious differences in the operating system functions. For example, the international version uses the Gemini artificial intelligence technology developed in cooperation with Google, while the Chinese market version will use OPPO's self-developed artificial intelligence system to meet the usage needs within China.

Therefore, the international version can use the Google Lens search function combined with Gemini artificial intelligence technology, as well as many artificial intelligence application services. At the same time, the corresponding servers behind the services are mainly in international regions, which will be clearly differentiated from the Chinese market version.
On the other hand, the Find X8 series has been added with the ability to interact directly with iPhone models, quickly sharing photos and file contents wirelessly. OPPO emphasized that this technology was developed by itself andFeatures that Google is currently testingAt the same time, this function can also be used to send photos, documents and other content back to the Find X8 series through iPhone models with specific apps installed.

However, it is currently uncertain whether this function will be available for models prior to the Find X15 series with the update of the ColorOS 8 operating interface. The main consideration is whether the differences in software and hardware specifications will affect the use of the function.
The satellite communication version and the League of Legends co-branded version are not planned to be launched in the international market, and the processor will only use the Dimensity 9400.
As for the Find X8 Pro Satellite Communication Edition previously launched in the Chinese market, and the co-branded mobile phone launched in response to the League of Legends World Championship, there are currently no plans to launch them in the international market and they will only be sold in the Chinese market.
In addition, the Find X8 series currently only offers a version using the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor, and there are currently no plans to launch a version with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor specifications or related derivative versions.
In addition to launching the international version of the Find X8 series, OPPO also simultaneously launched the OPPO Pad3 Pro tablet and OPPO Enco X3i true wireless earphones. The former uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, is equipped with a 12.1-inch 3K resolution screen, and adds more convenient artificial intelligence technology applications and supports OPPO Pencil 2 Pro stylus operation. The latter corresponds to 49dB volume active noise reduction, supports LHDC 5.0 low-latency high-resolution audio coding technology Hi-Res audio transmission, and 94 milliseconds of latency performance. It is also IP55 splash-proof and has a playback time of up to 44 hours. It also supports OPPO Alive real sound field technology.
