NVIDIA revealed at the SC23 supercomputing conference that after launching the H200 GPU application products code-named Hopper architecture, it is expected to launch a GPU accelerated computing product named B100 next year.
If nothing unexpected happens, the B100 is expected to utilize the Blackwell display architecture, named after American statistician David Blackwell. However, previous NVIDIA T-shirts featuring scientists also include George Boole, a British mathematician, philosopher, and pioneer of mathematical logic. Therefore, the B100's display architecture may also be named "Boole."
However, NVIDIA did not choose to reveal too many details about the B23 product and Blackwell display architecture design during SC100. It is expected that further information will not be revealed until GTC 2024 next year. As for the actual product entering the market, it may not be officially launched until 2025.
However, judging from the product roadmap provided by NVIDIA, the B100 is expected to be equipped with a higher-capacity display memory design, thereby corresponding to higher data throughput processing efficiency.
As for the consumer-grade graphics cards expected to be launched in the second half of the year, they are expected to be based on different display architectures.
