The back screen is located in the upper right corner of the back of the phone. It can be used to display incoming calls from contacts, application notifications, and real-time progress bar information, allowing users to grasp the dynamics without waking up the main screen. The overall design is somewhat similar to the idea adopted by ASUS in the ROG Phone series. CPU performance

Nothing said that Glyph Matrix can be used with the built-in "Glyph Toys" software, which supports functions such as electronic clocks, timers, power displays, and even simple interactive games such as "spin the bottle" and "rock-paper-scissors" on the back. It also includes creative software such as "Magic Eight Ball" and "Level".

In addition, Nothing will also open SDK development tools to the public, allowing developers to customize gadgets for Glyph Matrix or create more game content. In the future, it is also expected to add a caller ID function, which will display the caller information on the screen by long pressing the Glyph button on the back, thereby expanding the use scenarios of micro-LED.

In terms of hardware specifications, Nothing Phone (3) has been upgraded to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. The Taiwan version uses 16GB of memory and 512GB of storage capacity. The battery capacity has been increased to 5150mAh, and it supports 65W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging. It also supports fast charging function that can be used for 5 hours in 2.5 minutes.

In terms of the operating interface, Nothing chose to abandon the touch panel and instead use a more intuitive physical control combination to avoid user errors. This includes a volume wheel (which can be pressed to switch between ANC active noise reduction/transparency mode), a sliding audio lever (for song switching and fast forward/rewind), a set of shortcut function keys (preset to call the voice assistant, or corresponding to Nothing's Essential Space application), and a Bluetooth button for pairing.

When used with Nothing Phone (3), Headphone (1) can automatically switch to the most recently played audio app, supporting mainstream platforms such as Audible, SoundCloud, Patreon, etc., without having to manually operate the phone.

In terms of sound quality, Headphone (1) has been tuned in collaboration with British high-end audio brand KEF, and has made detailed adjustments for the three modes of general playback, noise reduction and spatial audio, in an effort to restore the original sound of the music. It is equipped with Nothing's own 40mm dynamic driver, supports Hi-Res Audio high-resolution audio playback format, Spatial Audio spatial audio (including head tracking function), and has an ANC active noise reduction system driven by four microphones. It also supports dual-device pairing function.
