AI startup Nexa.ai announced that its local AI agent tool, "Hyperlink," has been officially optimized for NVIDIA RTX AI PCs. Leveraging the powerful computing capabilities of GeForce RTX GPUs, the new application achieves a 3x speedup in Retrieval Augmentation (RAG) indexing and a 2x speedup in LLM inference, addressing the challenge of traditional large-scale language models lacking user-defined local context.

To address the pain point of "AI not understanding your computer," we adopt semantic understanding rather than keywords.

While current AI chatbots are powerful, their responses often lack specificity because they cannot access information hidden within PDFs, PPTs, notes, or images on the user's computer. Hyperlink, however, is designed to create a local file index, allowing AI to understand the user's intent and context of the query, rather than relying solely on traditional keyword comparison.

For example, when a user requests assistance in writing "a book report comparing the themes of two science fiction novels", Hyperlink can find relevant information through semantic analysis, even if the file name of the content is completely unrelated, such as "Lit_Homework_Final.docx", it can still locate it accurately.

Powered by the RTX 5090, indexing 1GB of data takes only 5 minutes.

Regarding performance improvements, Nexa.ai stated that benchmark tests conducted on an NVIDIA RTX 5090 graphics card showed that previously, it took about 15 minutes to index a 1GB high-density folder, but after RTX AI PC optimization, Hyperlink only needs 4-5 minutes to complete the indexing.

This means that users can more quickly transform local data into real-time intelligence that can be retrieved by AI, and with the increased reasoning speed of LLM, question and answer responses can be made even more immediate.

All data is processed on-premises, targeting business, academic, and development scenarios.

Privacy and security are another major selling point of Hyperlink. The company emphasizes that all user data is stored on the local device, eliminating the need to upload personal files to the cloud and ensuring that sensitive information is not leaked.

Hyperlink has currently identified a wide range of application scenarios, including:

• Meeting preparation: Compile the key points from the notes and verbatim transcript.

• Report analysis: Provide evidence-based answers by citing data from industry reports.

• Efficient learning: One-click search for key points in lecture notes and teaching materials.

• Speed up debugging: Search across files and code annotations to locate version conflicts.

The Hyperlink application is available for download starting today, and users with NVIDIA RTX graphics cards will be able to enjoy an optimized AI search experience.
