Compared to the traditional green screen principle, actors will no longer have to worry about being affected by green clothes, or that the synthesized image will have abnormalities at the edges of the actor's body or hair.
This technology is mainly used for actors in front of a green LED screen, using blue and red lighting. This allows the camera to accurately capture the actors' postures in front of the background when shooting, and also to more clearly distinguish the background blocks in the picture.
At the same time, because the correct actor's posture can be captured through purple, which is a mixture of blue and red, even if the actor is wearing green clothes, he will not be judged as the background. At the same time, even if he holds a transparent object, he can be correctly identified.
As for the captured images, they can be restored to the correct colors through artificial intelligence technology and combined with the post-production background to form the finished image.
However, due to the relatively complex processing process and the need for multiple procedures to complete, the actual application of this technology for filming may not be very high. However, it may be used to shoot image processing requirements that are difficult to present with traditional green screen technology.
