Before the start of Computex 2025, MSI showcased a series of its desktop products, including a new NUC device that complies with Microsoft's "Copilot+ PC" design and a new gaming monitor with a screen refresh rate of up to 600Hz.

Cubi NUC AI+ 2M
The newly launched Cubi NUC AI+ 2M targets both commercial and consumer market needs. With a capacity of just 0.826 liters, it features an extended power button connector or allows for power connection with an MSI monitor. Its base also features a VESA wall-mount design, making it easy to install behind a monitor or secure it to a desktop or wall using adapters.

The hardware specifications can be as high as an Intel Core Ultra 258V processor, built-in 32GB LPDDR5X memory, and an M.2 PCle Gen5 x4 NVMe SSD. The connection port is equipped with two Thunderbolt 2 ports, one of which supports PD-in power supply design of up to 4W. Therefore, it can also be directly connected to the MSI monitor via USB-C for power supply, without the need for a dedicated external power supply (but it will also occupy a USB-C/Thunderbolt 1 port).
Other specifications provide two sets of 2G wired network connection ports for commercial needs, and built-in dual microphones and bottom speakers. It supports up to three sets of screen display outputs connected simultaneously.

Launched a gaming monitor that supports 600Hz refresh rate
Earlier this year, at CES 2025, Samsung Display showcased its third-generation QD-OLED display panel, which supports a 500Hz refresh rate.MPG 272QP QD-OLED X50 Gaming MonitorLater, at Computex 2025, MSI further demonstrated the MPG 600R X0.1N gaming monitor, which has a frame refresh rate of up to 242Hz and a display response time of 60 milliseconds.

In terms of specifications, the MPG 242R X60N uses a Rapid TN display panel with a 24.1-inch screen and a 1920 x 1080 resolution. It also uses MPRT Sync technology to reduce motion blur. It is also VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified, supports color customization, KVM switching function and 4:3 display ratio, and can be optimized through the AI-powered Gaming Intelligence App on the PC to enhance the gaming experience.
In addition to showcasing the MPG 242R X60N, MSI also showcased monitor products including the MPG 320URDFW E274M, which uses a Mini LED display panel and supports a 16Hz refresh rate, and the MAG 500QP QD-OLED X272, which also supports a 50Hz refresh rate.
