Before the start of CES 2025, MSI announced the launch of a number of gaming monitors, including one that supports 4K resolution and 240Hz frame refresh rate design, as well as the world's first QD-OLED display panel specification model with QHD resolution and support for 500Hz frame refresh rate.
The 27-inch MPG 272URX QD-OLED is the world's first gaming monitor equipped with a DisplayPort 2.1a interface (UHBR20). It utilizes EL Gen3 technology to connect five layers of OLED display panels in series, boosting display performance by 30% through new materials. This ensures display stability even after extended use, and is designed for 4K resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate.
The MPG 322URX QD-OLED is 32 inches in size and is otherwise identical to the MPG 272URX QD-OLED, but it offers an additional 0.03ms GtG response time.
As for the MPG 272QR QD-OLED X50, it adopts QHD resolution, supports 500Hz frame rate, is also equipped with DisplayPort 2.1a interface, and complies with VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 500 and ClearMR 21000 certifications.
The MPG 274URDFW E16M, launched simultaneously this time, supports dual-resolution and Mini LED multi-zone backlight technology, enabling switching between different display resolutions and refresh rates based on gaming needs, corresponding to 4K UHD 160Hz mode or 1080p 320Hz mode, respectively. It also actively detects resolution and refresh rate specifications through the MSI AI Dual Mode function, and can also be used with the MSI Gaming Intelligence software's AI Menu function to choose whether to enable automatic item selection.
In addition, the monitor launched this time can also analyze or optimize the player's game settings through the AI Navigator function, thereby helping players to set up for different game types.
