In the Moto Razr 2022, it uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, a 6.7-inch foldable OLED with a resolution of Full HD+ and supports a 144Hz frame refresh rate. The outside uses a 2.7-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 800 x 753, which is mainly used to display real-time information, weather and other data, and can also be used for selfies.
Compared with previous designs, the Moto Razr 2022 also directly removed the chin design used in the past, and changed the bangs shape of the inner screen to a hole design, thereby increasing the screen display ratio. In addition, dual speakers and X-axis linear motor design were added, and the concave folding mechanism was also changed to the third-generation star track hinge, emphasizing smoother opening and closing, while also making the screen flatter when unfolded. It also supports multi-angle hovering, and its durability is further improved.
As for the built-in battery, it uses 3500mAh and supports 33W wired fast charging. At the same time, the overall body weight is 200 grams, which is almost the same as the weight of an ordinary mobile phone.
As for the camera, the main camera module is composed of a 5000-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 1300-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens on the outside, while the internal hole-punch video lens corresponds to a 3200-megapixel specification.
The two mobile phones that Motorola updated simultaneously this time are Edge X30 Pro and Edge S30 Pro. The former will be equipped with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, and the latter will use Snapdragon 888+ processor, respectively corresponding to different usage needs.
The Edge X30 Pro features Samsung's 2-megapixel ISOCELL HP1 sensor, capable of 16-pixel merging, 4-pixel merging, or full-pixel image recording. Other features include a 5000-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 1200-megapixel telephoto lens with 2x zoom, and a 6000-megapixel video camera. The device also boasts a 6.67-inch, dual-sided curved OLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The battery is a 4600mAh unit, supporting 125W wired fast charging and 10W wireless power sharing.
The Edge S30 Pro uses a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is equipped with a 4400mAh battery capacity and supports 68W wired fast charging. The camera is equipped with a main camera consisting of a 5000-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 1300-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 200-megapixel depth of field lens, coupled with a 3200-megapixel video lens. The overall weight is only 170 grams and the thickness is 7.45mm.
In terms of suggested retail price, the Moto Razr 2022 will be sold at a starting price of RMB 5999, while the Edge X30 Pro's suggested retail price starts at RMB 3499, and the Edge S30 Pro's suggested retail price starts at RMB 1999. All three phones are available for pre-order in the Chinese market from today. The launch time in the international market has not yet been confirmed.
