The second wave of Microsoft 9 Copilot updates will be released in September this yearAutomation application tools called Copilot agentsAfter significantly improving user productivity through artificial intelligence, Microsoft announced at its AI Tour event in London, UK, that it will publicly preview more new features of Copilot Studio at the upcoming Ignite conference, including the ability for businesses to create autonomous artificial intelligence agent services to handle various tedious and repetitive tasks.
In addition to previewing more new features of Copilot Studio at the Ignite conference in November, Microsoft also announced the addition of 11 new autonomous AI agents to the Dynamics 365 service, allowing businesses to improve work efficiency through AI technology based on different needs.
Microsoft said that currently more than 210 million users use Copilot application features through its business applications each month, and the proportion of Fortune 500 companies using Microsoft 365 Copilot features has increased to 60%. Global companies including McKinsey Management Consulting, Pets at Home, and Clifford Chance have joined the use of Copilot Studio features and Microsoft's modern business applications to transform into companies that prioritize artificial intelligence.
Microsoft anticipates that in the future, every employee in an enterprise will be able to set up multiple groups of artificial intelligence agents through the Copilot service to help handle a large amount of repetitive daily work, and even build autonomous agent services for entire teams and companies. In addition, through SaaS software-as-a-service architecture, artificial intelligence models, low-coding design interfaces and a large number of integration interfaces, enterprises can more easily establish agent service functions that meet internal standards.
Microsoft has also introduced a large number of Copilot services internally to simplify workflows. For example, the sales department uses Copilot services to improve sales management and transaction speed, while the information technology department uses Copilot services to simplify operating costs and accelerate business development.
The addition of 365 new autonomous AI agents to the Dynamics 10 service can help businesses accelerate sales, service, finance, and supply chain operations, allowing for more efficient allocation of human resources. It also emphasizes the security and transparency of AI agent operations, and ensures data encryption and privacy protection measures.
In the current development, Microsoft emphasizes that enterprises must more actively embrace artificial intelligence and transform into companies that prioritize artificial intelligence.
