Targeting the market for MicrosoftCopilot artificial intelligence serviceThe interactive performance is not as good as OpenAI's ChatGPT service. Microsoft internal employees said that in fact they failed to issue correct instructions. At the same time, they also emphasized that the usage environments of the two are still different, so they will give people different performance feelings.
Business InsiderThe report stated that Microsoft internal employees pointed out that many users did not give clear instructions when using the Copilot service, resulting in Copilot being unable to correctly understand the users' actual needs and thus making inappropriate responses.
On the other hand, most users use the Copilot function within the Mircosoft 365 service. This version of Copilot mainly completes its execution work through the application data on the user's device. If the user uses an older application version, it may actually affect the performance of Copilot.
However, Microsoft's response is unlikely to be accepted by most users. After all, the vast majority believe that using AI services should be intuitive, rather than requiring users to adhere to numerous conditions. However, given that most current AI services are still significantly short of the ideal of general-purpose AI, many AI applications may still face functional limitations in practice.
