Earlier in the Inspire 2023 event held for enterprise users, Microsoft announced that it would gradually integrate OpenAI's GPT-4 large-scale natural language model.bingchat,as well asMicrosoft 365 CopilotOther servicesBring it to the enterprise application market.
Microsoft stated that Bing Chat Enterprise, launched for businesses, will prioritize information security and be compatible with most enterprise workloads. Furthermore, Microsoft stated that Bing Chat Enterprise uses data sourced from publicly available online content, citing the source, and can accept and generate output of images and charts.
Compared to Bing Chat, which is provided for the consumer market, Bing Chat Enterprise, which is provided for enterprise use, will be encrypted during use. At the same time, user interaction content will not be stored on the server, and Microsoft will not see or use such information. It will also not use the interaction content for subsequent training. In addition, it will provide better quality and more accurate generated content for users to use for commercial purposes.
Currently, businesses that subscribe to Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard, and Business Premium services can use Bing Chat Enterprise directly. However, Microsoft will also offer Bing Chat Enterprise as a standalone service in the future, priced at $5 per month for individual business users. This service can be used through the Bing service, the Microsoft Edge browser sidebar, and even later through Windows Copilot.
This time, Microsoft also announced the price of the Microsoft 365 Copilot service, which was recently announced. Among them, Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard, Business Premium and other versions will be available to single users at a price of US$30 per month.
Other announcements include the addition of an image input function to Bing Chat. This is obviously due to the introduction of GPT-4. Bing Chat has also added more application functions and can respond to more operational possibilities. It is currently applied to the desktop and mobile versions of Bing Chat, and will also be gradually integrated into the Bing Chat Enterprise service.
