Gu Binbin, executive director of Meizu's overseas business, announced at MWC25 that the Meizu brand will return to more global markets with the Flyme AI ecosystem.
Gu Binbin stated that Meizu's globalization strategy is based on two pillars: market demand and technological innovation. Meizu currently operates in over 30 countries and regions, including Asia Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Europe. Meizu invests in different markets with tailored strategies. Through its "global vision, local execution" strategy, Meizu's marketing, R&D, and customer service are able to meet the needs of each market.
Next, Meizu will further deepen the aforementioned market development layout while exploring new opportunities.
After being merged into Geely Group and establishing the Meizu Star Group, Meizu's current market strategy is based on the "smartphone + XR + smart car" ecosystem, coupled with the "All in AI" strategy proposed by Meizu last year, and seamlessly connected with Flyme AIOS as the core.
For example, consumers can set navigation routes on their phones and synchronize the information to their XR glasses and the car's central control screen. During meetings, XR glasses can provide real-time translation and synchronize meeting minutes to their phones and computers. Smart cars can even automatically plan the optimal route based on consumers' schedules.
Therefore, in its future development, Meizu will continue to promote its "All in AI" and globalization strategies, and continue to invest in product development and market expansion.
