MediaTek has announced the launch of its Dimensity 9400e flagship processor, which also adopts an all-big-core architecture. It is expected to be a slightly upgraded version of the Dimensity 9300+ and will compete with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. It is expected to be first used in OnePlus' new mobile phone Ace 5 Racing.
天璣9400e採用台積電第三代4nm製程設計,全大核CPU架構包含4組Cortex-X4超大核,主頻高達3.4GHz,加上額外4組主頻為2.0GHz的Cortex-A720大核,形成「4+4」的核心配置,另外則搭載旗艦12核Immortalis-G720 GPU,支援硬體光線追蹤技術與PC等級的全域光照效果。

It also supports the world's mainstream large and small language models, and supports the device-side operation of models such as DeepSeek-R1-Distill, Qwen1.5B, Llama7B, Llama8B, as well as multimodal Gemini Nano, LlaVA-1.5 7B, etc.
The Dimensity 9400e is also equipped with a flagship 18-bit RAW image processor and supports an AI image semantic segmentation engine that can perform 16-layer image semantic segmentation. It also supports high-dynamic recording noise reduction with three sets of microphones. Other features include support for extending the phone-to-phone Bluetooth connection distance within line of sight to 3 kilometers, supporting Sub-5GHz four-carrier aggregation with a theoretical peak downlink rate of 7Gbps, and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity with a theoretical peak transmission rate of 7.3Gbps, tri-band multi-link operation (MLO), and five data streams.
此次同步更新符合R18 5G-Advanced、搭載聯發科M90 5G數據晶片、四核Arm Cortex-A55 CPU、網路處理器,可全速處理5G、Wi-Fi、乙太網路連接的T930數據平台,本身以4nm製程生產,支援Sub-6GHz頻段,並且提供高達10Gbps的5G連網速度,另外也支援下行6載波聚合、上行5層3天線傳輸,上行速率最高可達2.8Gbps,下行傳輸則可支援200MHz頻寬,可在小型基地台邊緣連線時有效增加40%的訊號覆蓋範圍。
