Logitech announced the launch ofSignature Slim Solar+ K980 Solar Wireless Keyboard, announced today (10/20) that it is officially on sale in Taiwan with a suggested retail price of NT$3490, and is sold through Logitech channels across Taiwan.
Through innovative Logi LightCharge technology, the Signature Slim Solar+ K980 wireless keyboard draws power from any light source, enabling an uninterrupted wireless typing experience. Combined with AI shortcut keys and multi-device switching, it provides a more environmentally friendly and efficient solution for modern office environments.
Solar charging technology and sustainable design
The keyboard's most distinctive feature is its solar charging technology, which continuously absorbs sunlight or indoor light to automatically recharge. According to Logitech, even in complete darkness, a full charge can provide up to four months of continuous use. The built-in intelligent power management system effectively conserves power, eliminating user anxiety about battery life.
In terms of sustainable design, the K980 keyboard body is made of certified post-consumer recycled plastic, with a proportion of up to 70%, and is equipped with a dedicated rechargeable battery with a lifespan of up to 10 years, further reducing the impact of discarded batteries on the environment and fulfilling Logitech's commitment to sustainable design.
