At this year's Logitech G Play annual conference, Logitech unveiled a number of new peripherals designed for gamers, ranging from mice, headphones to keyboards, and even expanding to racing simulation accessories. It also simultaneously updated its own G Hub software to create a more complete gaming experience.
New esports peripherals
The G Pro X Superlight 2C, unveiled this time, is a slimmed-down version of the previously released Superlight 2 wireless mouse. It weighs only 51 grams and has a battery life of up to 95 hours. It is expected to go on sale on October 10st with a suggested retail price of US$21.
Another new product, the G Pro X2 Superstrike, incorporates haptic feedback technology. Its main buttons use a sensor-based design, replacing traditional micro switches. Gamers can adjust the trigger travel, providing a customized experience similar to an analog keyboard. This mouse weighs 65 grams and has a 90-hour battery life. While pricing has not yet been announced, it is slated for release in the first quarter of 2026.
In the headphone segment, two new products were launched: Astro A20 X and entry-level G321 Lightspeed.
The Astro A20 X targets the mid-range market, capable of connecting to two consoles or PCs simultaneously. It features 40mm PRO-G speakers and RGB lighting, boasts a battery life of up to 90 hours (40 hours with RGB lighting on), and uses the same microphone as the high-end Astro A50 X. Its suggested retail price is $180, with sales expected to begin October 10th. The G8 Lightspeed, aimed at budget-conscious gamers, emphasizes lightweight comfort, offers 321 hours of battery life, and has a suggested retail price of $20, also slated for release in October.
For keyboard enthusiasts, Logitech has updated the G515 Rapid TKL low-light keyboard, featuring magnetic analog switches for a fast response and a refined feel. It has a suggested retail price of $170 and is now officially available. For racing game enthusiasts, the new RS50 steering wheel set and RS pedals offer a more realistic driving experience, complementing the Logitech G series racing simulator ecosystem.
In addition, Logitech announced a partnership with the McLaren Racing Team to launch the new McLaren Racing Collection, bringing the speed and competitive atmosphere of racing directly to players' simulated racing equipment. The collection includes a steering wheel, pedals, and a matching stand. The exterior color scheme is inspired by the McLaren F1 car, and high-rigidity metal and carbon fiber elements enhance the feel, ensuring that every turn and every step on the accelerator can convey authentic track feedback.
Different products launched in the Taiwan market
As for the Taiwanese market, Logitech simultaneously announced the launch of two wireless gaming mice, the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 COMPACT and the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 SE, as well as the G515 RAPID TKL gaming keyboard and the RS50 racing simulation steering wheel.
The PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 COMPACT is the updated G Pro X Superlight 2C for the US market, with a suggested retail price of NT$4990. The PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 SE has a suggested retail price of NT$3990, available in black, white, and red. The G515 RAPID TKL gaming keyboard and RS50 racing wheel have suggested retail prices of NT$4790 and NT$22990, respectively.
Software updates
In terms of software, Logitech has added a game launcher for the G Hub platform, supporting the integration of Epic Games Store, GOG and WeGame game libraries, making it easier for players to centrally manage game content. The update is expected to be pushed before the end of the year.
Logitech's Streamlabs has also launched an AI-powered streaming assistant and developer tools, allowing creators to easily manage "one-person broadcasts," integrating multiple roles as a virtual host, producer, and technical assistant. Currently available on Streamlabs Desktop, it supports real-time streaming in Fortnite, with support for more games planned for the future. For even more interactive live streams, creators can also enable 2D avatars powered by NVIDIA ACE Audio3Face technology, allowing them to interact with viewers on screen with realistic expressions and voice.
For players who simply want behind-the-scenes assistance, the Assistant feature can be completely hidden, solely responsible for automation and monitoring, minimizing manual intervention. Basic functionality is free, but for those who require higher levels of interaction or advanced automation, the full functionality can be unlocked with an Ultra subscription.
