LINE NEXT has launched the Mini Dapp decentralized app on the LINE service platform, which can be accessed through the official Dapp Portal account without the need to download and install additional apps.
Currently, Mini Dapp decentralized apps include games, social media, and content. Users can obtain rewards in decentralized apps or trade virtual assets and NFT content through the built-in wallet.
LINE NEXT also plans to add Dapp Portal to the LINE service homepage and launch a web version of Dapp Portal to make it more convenient for users to access it at any time.
The first wave of 32 Mini Dapps, part of the Kaia Wave project, is a collaboration between LINE NEXT and the Kaia Foundation. Built using LINE NEXT's software development kit (SDK), these include "Bombie and Cattea," developed by Pluto Studio and attracting over 4300 million users in six months; "Captain Tsubasa -RIVALS- on LINE," a game based on the popular soccer manga "Captain Tsubasa"; and "Superz," a health and fitness portal designed for non-crypto users.
LINE NEXT aims to launch more than 1000 decentralized service projects this year, and aims to become the largest Web 3 market ecosystem in Asia through the LINE service platform.
