After unveiling many smart home appliances that will be unveiled during CES 2024, LG also announced the update of its new OLED series smart TV product lineup and replaced it with a new artificial intelligence processor designed specifically for OLED TVs.

The new OLED utilizes new artificial intelligence technology, enabling more precise pixel-level image analysis to deliver sharper images, a more natural depth of field, and a more vivid presentation. Furthermore, Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro technology segments the image into multiple areas, analyzing light distribution to dynamically adjust brightness and contrast, resulting in a more three-dimensional image.

It supports up to 4K 144Hz picture refresh rate and wireless audio transmission function. In addition, it can also use AI Sound Pro to make the sound output more layered and full, and can even present a real sound field with 11.1.2 virtual channels. At the same time, it can also use artificial intelligence to separate human voices from background sounds, thereby improving the clarity of dialogue.
The newly launched OLED evo series complies with the standards set by the Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) of the United States.ClearMRThe display meets the motion blur grading standard and also supports HDMI 2.1 display output specifications. It also supports 4K 144Hz screen refresh rate. It is also compatible with NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync anti-screen tearing technology to meet the needs of gaming.
Furthermore, through the new webOS operating system, LG's new TVs can create up to 10 user profiles, enhancing the personalized TV experience. This includes automatic home screen display, access to preferred services, and personalized screen display settings. Other features include support for Apple AirPlay and Google Chromecast, allowing users to wirelessly stream content directly from Apple or Android devices. Select OLED and QNED TVs can also quickly pair with LG's soundbar products through the WOWCAST function, or provide immersive 3D audio through Orchestra technology.
To meet the operational needs of users with physical disabilities, LG has enhanced the accessibility features in its new TVs, making it easier for users to find accessibility options through the TV's main screen and use TV functions through voice interactions via interfaces such as chatbots.
LG also announced the webOS Re:New program, which will allow existing LG smart TVs to upgrade to the latest webOS operating system and enjoy five years of updates.
