The updated third-generation ThinkBook 16p is mainly designed for content creators. It uses an AMD Ryzen 9 6000 H-series processor and is paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 independent graphics card. It is equipped with a 16-inch, narrow-border 2.5K resolution IPS display. It complies with the German Rhine TÜV Rheinland low blue light and TÜV Eyesafe certification, and is equipped with support for adjusting the screen and keyboard backlight brightness according to the ambient light. The screen itself offers two specifications: up to 400 nits brightness, 60Hz screen refresh rate, and up to 500 nits brightness and 165Hz screen refresh rate.
Other specifications include up to 32GB of dual-channel LPDDR5 memory and dual 2TB SSD storage. A 71WHr battery provides approximately two days of use. Connectivity options include two USB-C ports supporting USB 2, two USB-A 4.0 Gen 3.2 ports, and an HDMI output. Fingerprint recognition, facial recognition, and an infrared camera with Full HD resolution are also included. Audio support includes Dolby Atmos.
The third-generation ThinkBook 16p is now available in select markets with a suggested retail price starting at €1999.
To meet the current needs of remote work and learning, Lenovo has launched the 16-inch IdeaPad 5i Chromebook, as well as the second-generation Tab P11 Pro and Tab P11 tablet devices.
The IdeaPad 5i Chromebook features a 16-inch screen design, a 2.5K resolution screen, supports a 120Hz refresh rate, and uses an Intel 12th-generation Core-i3 processor. It can provide up to 12 hours of battery life, and the keyboard key travel has been increased to 1.5mm. The touchpad area has also been increased for more comfortable operation. Online meetings can be held through the video camera with Full HD resolution, and wireless connection speeds can be increased through Wi-Fi 6E.
As for the updated Tab P11 Pro and Tab P11 tablets, the former features an 11.2-inch screen with 600 nits brightness and 120Hz refresh rate. It uses a MediaTek Kompanio 1300T processor and is paired with up to 8GB of memory, which can correspond to 14 hours of usage time. It can also be used with the Lenovo detachable keyboard to increase input convenience. It also supports the Lenovo stylus and can be used with Instant Memo to take notes when the screen is locked.
The Tab P11 also uses an 11.2-inch screen and supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The processor is MediaTek.Helio G99, the maximum memory configuration is 6GB.
In terms of suggested retail price, the IdeaPad 5i Chromebook will be launched in September this year with a suggested retail price starting from 9 euros, while the Tab P549 Pro will also be launched in September with a suggested retail price starting from 11 euros. As for the Tab P9, it will have to wait until November this year to be launched with a suggested retail price starting from 499 euros.
In addition, Lenovo also announced the launch of the ThinkCentre M60q Chromebox Enterprise for the enterprise sector. With its smaller body design, enterprise users can use the ChromeOS operating system to handle various online-based work tasks.
The hardware utilizes Intel's 12th-generation Core i5 processor, compatible with the ChromeOS operating system for virtual desktops, supporting up to four monitor outputs, and native Wi-Fi 4E wireless connectivity. Its less than 6-liter design makes it more convenient for businesses to use in various computing scenarios, such as general employee operations, cash registers in stores, and even when the location requires frequent mobility, allowing for quick setup with an external monitor, mouse, and keyboard.
Among the products released this time, Lenovo also announced a number of external monitor accessories, including the Legion Y32p-30 Gaming Monitor, Legion Y32p-30 Gaming Monitor, ThinkVision T34w-30 Monitor, ThinkVision S25e-30 Monitor, ThinkVision T32h-30 Monitor, and ThinkVision T24i-30 Monitor, to meet different monitor usage needs.
The ThinkCentre M60q Chromebox Enterprise will officially launch in December of this year, with a suggested retail price starting at €12. Of the monitor accessories announced this time, only the ThinkVision T299i-24 Monitor will be available in December of this year, with a suggested retail price of €30. The remaining monitor accessories will not be available until January of next year, with suggested retail prices starting at €12 and going up to €2490.
