Continuing its vision of "Smarter AI for All," Lenovo showcased its ambition to transform AI from a "single-function" to a "comprehensive agent" at CES 2026. In addition to unveiling a full range of new products spanning ThinkPad, Yoga, Legion, and Motorola, the most anticipated exhibits were the new personal AI super agent system "Lenovo Qira," and several futuristic concept devices.
Lenovo Qira: A "Personal Ambient Intelligence System" Across Devices
Unlike previous AI assistants that existed only on a single device, Lenovo's new "Lenovo Qira" (called Motorola Qira on Motorola devices) will be defined as a "Personal Ambient Intelligence System".
Qira's core concepts lie in "cross-device consistency" and "proactive environmental awareness," serving as a foundational intelligent layer that flows seamlessly between PCs, phones, tablets, and wearable devices. Users can start a task on their computer and seamlessly continue it on their phone, with Qira remembering the current context and progress.
Lenovo emphasizes that Qira is built on a privacy-first hybrid AI architecture and can integrate with third-party services such as Expedia to proactively provide suggestions and perform tasks. For example, it can automatically plan trips based on itineraries, rather than simply answering questions, which means that Lenovo has officially entered the era of "Agentic AI".
Concept Products: The Future of Rollable Screens and AI Wearables
Lenovo's concept machines have always been a highlight of its technology showcase at CES, and this year is no exception:
• ThinkPad Rollable XD Concept:This is a further exploration of rollable screen technology. This concept laptop can dynamically extend the screen size to adapt to different multitasking needs, attempting to strike a balance between portability and working on a large screen.
• Legion Pro Rollable Concept:Applying scrolling technology to the esports field allows the screen ratio to switch according to the game type, providing a more immersive experience.
• Lenovo Personal AI Hub (Project Kubit):An edge computing AI device that brings high-performance AI computing to users and serves as a communication bridge between multiple devices.
• The wearable AI companion concept, developed by 312 Labs, demonstrates how a single intelligent agent can operate across devices within the Lenovo Qira ecosystem.
Legion Gaming: SteamOS Assists, Legion Go Gen 2 Debuts
In the gaming world, the biggest surprise came from the Legion Go Gen 2. Lenovo announced that this handheld console will run on Valve's SteamOS operating system, meaning that Lenovo will combine its hardware advantages with Valve's optimization of handheld operating systems in an attempt to solve the pain points of Windows handheld consoles in terms of user interface and sleep mode battery life. This will undoubtedly have a huge impact on the handheld console market.
In addition, the Legion and LOQ series have been completely updated, not only improving performance but also emphasizing device flexibility and immersion.

ThinkPad Business Models: Space Frame Architecture and Aura Edition
For business laptops, Lenovo has launched an additional "Aura Edition" version in collaboration with Intel for its flagship ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 14 and X1 2-in-1 Gen 11 models.
These two new machines feature a groundbreaking "Space Frame" design, which not only changes the internal structure but also allows components to be placed on both sides of the motherboard, improving internal heat dissipation efficiency by 20% and making repairs simpler. The battery, keyboard, and ports can all be replaced in a modular fashion. Both are equipped with an Intel Core Ultra X7 Series 3 processor.
In addition, for users who pursue ultimate performance, Lenovo launched the ThinkPad X9 15p Aura Edition, a mobile workstation-level model equipped with a 15.3-inch 2.8K OLED screen, an Intel Core Ultra X9 Series 3 processor and Arc GPU, and a chassis made of all-aluminum alloy.
The ThinkBook Plus Gen 7 Auto Twist brings last year's "automatic screen rotation" concept to mass production. Through the motorized hinge, the screen can automatically track the user's position or rotate according to the mode, showcasing the combination of AI and mechanical structure.
Yoga PCs for Consumers Updated: RTX 50 Series Graphics Cards Arrive, Further Enhancing Creativity
The Yoga series has received a major update, targeting creators and high-end consumers:
• Yoga Pro 9i Aura Edition:It features the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 GPU and Intel Core Ultra 9 processor, supporting NVIDIA DLSS 4 technology. The biggest highlight is the addition of the Force Pad, a touchpad that also functions as a drawing tablet, allowing for detailed drawing with the Yoga Pen Gen 2 stylus.
• Yoga Slim 7i Ultra Aura Edition:It boasts an ultra-thin and lightweight design, weighing less than 1 kilogram (975 grams), yet still features an Intel Core Ultra X9 series processor.
• Yoga AIO i Aura Edition:The 32-inch 4K OLED all-in-one PC features ambient lighting effects, seamlessly integrating the screen with home décor.
In addition, Lenovo has also updated the IdeaPad Pro 5i and the IdeaPad Slim 5x, which are equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 computing platform, to meet the needs of AI PCs with different budgets.
