The Yoga Book 2023i, which was showcased during CES 9 earlier this year and was designed based on Intel's previously proposed dual-screen concept laptop, was officially announced to be launched in Taiwan today (July 7).
The Yoga Book 9i is a dual-screen laptop that conforms to the Intel Evo laptop design. It uses an Intel 13th-generation Core i7-U15 processor, and is equipped with 16GB of memory, 512GB of storage capacity, and an 80WHr battery capacity, which corresponds to approximately 7.3 hours of usage time. The upper and lower screens use 13.3-inch OLED display panels with a 2.8K resolution and 400nits brightness, and are presented in a 16:10 display ratio.
In general use, one screen can be used to view content and the other for browsing, or the laptop can be used to view e-books like a magazine. When text input is required, in addition to using the on-screen virtual keyboard, you can also use a physical keyboard connected to Bluetooth.
Rotating the Yoga Book 9i 90 degrees allows for dual reading mode. When used with the dedicated leather case stand, it can be opened like an open book, allowing users to read articles on one screen while taking notes on the other. Folding the laptop into a tent form allows for dual display mode, allowing users to view both screens simultaneously while communicating face-to-face.
The Yoga Book 9i is now available in Taiwan with a suggested retail price of NT$67990. Purchases of all models in the series come with a 3-year full warranty, including Premium Care, exclusive support for home repairs, free express delivery repair services, and 24/7 telephone service.
