Following the launch of the ZM series models in the Chinese market last year, Leica today (10/13) announced the launch of the new ZM 11 series models, which are expected to be available at the end of November in designated Leica stores around the world, including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the United States, Mexico, China, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates and Australia.
此次推出ZM 11系列錶款包含ZM 11鋼版與ZM 11鈦合金版，台灣地區售價分別為新台幣20萬3000元起，以及新台幣21萬8000元起。
Leica said that the new ZM 11 watch series symbolizes transformation, timeless design and exquisite craftsmanship, as well as the interweaving of light and shadow to highlight the essential characteristics of time.
其中採用徠卡合作夥伴瑞士獨立機芯研發機構Chronode設計的Calibre LA-3001自動機芯，精確度達-4/+6秒/天，動力儲存可達60小時。而ZM 11系列錶款在5個放置方位均經過測量，保證全天精準確時。
Furthermore, the ZM 11 series models are set with 35 jewels and feature exquisite sandblasting, grinding, and polishing techniques, reminiscent of the movements of the previously released Leica ZM 1 and ZM 2. This watch, equipped with a Calibre movement, features a 41mm case crafted from titanium and stainless steel and is water-resistant to 10 ATM.
The first model in the ZM 11 series features a unique two-layer dial design, whose color changes from pitch black to bright red depending on the viewing angle. This color gradient, achieved through meticulous mechanical manufacturing rather than relying on simple printing, is a first for this type of dial. Its edges are polished and coated with luminescent paint, ensuring clear reading in all lighting conditions. The hands are prismatically cut with soft faceting, and the surface is meticulously polished and sandblasted multiple times.
Leica also draws inspiration from the lens loading and unloading button on the Leica camera in the design of the strap replacement structure. Just press the red dot to change the appearance of the ZM 11 series watch.
The new Leica ZM 11 series offers a total of three unique watches: the ZM 11 Titanium Limited Edition with a red and black dial (limited to 250 pieces), the ZM 11 Titanium Gilded Brown Edition with a warm black dial, and the ZM 11 Stainless Steel Night Mist Blue Edition with a blue and black dial.
