The annual gaming industry extravaganza, "The Game Awards" (TGA), will officially kick off on the morning of December 12th, Taiwan time. Organizer Geoff Keighley has released a major announcement, confirming that one of the most iconic gaming IPs, Tomb Raider, will appear at the awards ceremony and reveal the series' "future development."
Subsequently, the official Tomb Raider account "X" also reposted the post, confirming the news and announcing the imminent return of legendary archaeologist Lara Croft.

A new chapter for Amazon-published, Crystal Dynamics-developed?
The Tomb Raider series has been with players for nearly 30 years since its debut in 1996. After the huge success of the Reboot trilogy in 2013, the future of the next Laura has been a focus of attention for players.
In fact, the development team Crystal Dynamics announced as early as the end of 2022 that they would begin development.A new entry in the Tomb Raider seriesIt has been confirmed that Amazon Games will be responsible for publishing the game. The market widely expects that the content to be revealed at this year's TGA will likely be this brand-new next-generation title built with Unreal Engine 5.
Reboot or continue? The TGA will tell.
With Geoff Keighley announcing Laura's return to the TGA stage, the outside world is quite curious about what will be revealed this time: will it be a reinterpretation of past classic works, or a new storyline continuing after the previous reboot trilogy?
