In the past few years, it has showcased its beauty-related innovations during CES.Laya L'Oréal will showcase its revolutionary skin intelligence detector called Cell BioPrint at CES 2025, allowing users to better understand their skin aging and predict effective skincare ingredients, making it easier for users to choose skincare products that suit their personal needs.
L'Oréal said that users only need to conduct a measurement through Cell BioPrint for about 5 minutes, which can use the proteomics technology of Longevity Integrative Science, a subsidiary of L'Oréal, and the NanoEnTek microfluidic chip laboratory technology newly created in cooperation with Korean biotechnology to detect protein biomarkers in the skin in a short time and thus judge the user's skin condition.
The analysis results include the skin's physiological age, reactions to skincare ingredients, and other information, allowing users to understand their skin's age and obtain personalized advice on slowing down skin aging. It can also confirm whether their skin is allergic to specific skincare ingredients or their suitability, allowing users to more proactively identify potential skin problems and care for their skin in a more appropriate manner.
L'Oréal expects to begin testing Cell BioPrint in Asia through its brands starting in the second half of this year. It has not yet revealed whether it will be marketed as a commercial product, but it is likely to be used within its luxury beauty brands before expanding into more mainstream markets.
